  • fast, complete and local
    • allowing slow, untrusted and off-site backups
  • hard-to-boot bare metal? VMs? databases? non-UNIX servers? that would benefit from image-based backups
  • legacy Debian 9 machines are running rdiff-backup v1.x and blocking easy upgrades of the rest to Debian 11

BIOS Lifecycle Controller IDRAC

BIOS is installed on Both R710s IDRAC Still needs to be installed on the First r710

Lifecycle Controller and IDRAC Still needs to be installed on the Second R710

LSI Cards are not working in the Raid Controller Slot both Servers will not Post with cards installed in The Raid Controller Slots

Servers Post with Cards in the other pcie slots but disks are not detected

LSI Cards need to be flashed with IT Mode Firmware

Left to do

Install Idrac Firmware on First R710 Install Lifecycle Controller and IDRAC FIrmware on Second R710

Work out what Model the LSI Cards are and Flash both to IT Mode

Also to do VLAN Tag Ipmi Ports and setup vlan id in bios setting VLAN Tag 1g Port and setup ip address Get idrac working (needs an older browser ssl issues)

Setup Proxmox Backup Server and Setup Server (needs Wheel)

Lifecycle controller(1.7.5.4) and BIOS(6.6.0) have been deployed on both machine, ESM firmware failed to install (not compatible with these machines), need to find a proper one
