GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Upgrade rdiff-backup from v1 to v2 on all Debian 10 machines

Backups on machines with incompatible rdiff-backup versions are not functioning. Issue occurred due to partial completion of #21.

rdiff-backup v2 is available in Debian 10 via buster-backports.

All 5 PVE hosts are moved to Debian 12 now, clean up the rest Debian 10 should solve this issue.
