murasoi debian upgrade 11 -> 12

    Tasks:

    • Enumerate/document services running on murasoi, to ensure that they still run
    • Ensure that interface names continue to be valid (https://wiki.debian.org/NetworkInterfaceNames#CUSTOM_SCHEMES_USING_.LINK_FILES)
      • Done, see /etc/systemd/network/10-persistent-network-uplink.link and friends
    • Check if there's anything about the firewall that isn't nftables compatible
      • Optional: Convert to use nftables
    • Convert from isc-dhcp-server to kea
    • Do the upgrade

            • Firewall and routing (of course)
              • radvd (IPv6 Router advertisements)
              • DHCP server
            • fail2ban (was slightly broken)
            • gozerbot (IRC bot for gimp/gnome channel)
            • ladvd - Switch announcements? (it's running, don't know what for)
            • VPNs:
              • OpenVPN
              • wireguard
            • rarpd - Remote ARP (why?)
            • ssh (obvious, should Just Work)
            • syslog-ng - Central logging for fail2ban
